Dominic DiGrazia has been an educator for 30 years and has been with Glendora Unified School District for the past 25 of those, so he's paid his dues. On Aug. 5 he was named interim superintendent for the district. For the previous 10 years, DiGrazia was assistant superintendent of human resources. He replaces Penelope DeLeon. The Board of Education mutually terminated her contract without cause on Aug. 5 after DeLeon on July 25 informed the board she could no longer continue in her role because of personal reasons centering on her husband's health.
